Leadership

Brian Washington

Founder & lead producer

brian@studiothirtydesign.com

Fifteen years across production and corporate content taught a simple standard: clients deserve senior judgment on every call — not a handoff into a machine.

I founded Studio Thirty Media to keep the work close: story sense on the front end, disciplined production in the middle, and editorial judgment at the finish. That point of view stays with the project.

You will also work with a tight senior crew — including production coordination and client operations led in-house — so logistics and creative stay aligned. We scale support when the day requires it. The accountability does not dilute.

If your brand needs to communicate with authority, and your people need to look like they belong in the rooms where decisions get made — that is the work we do.

How we work

An operating philosophy — not a pitch deck process.

Boutique means the people who sell the work also make the work. Clarity up front. Calm on set. Judgment through the edit.

01

Senior-led

Brian stays on the work — from first call through final delivery. You are not handed to a junior bench after the contract is signed.

02

Clear scope

We define deliverables, timeline, and investment before production. Fewer surprises. Faster decisions. Cleaner days on set.

03

Calm production

Prepared crews, efficient setups, and direction that keeps people comfortable. Professional days that feel focused, not chaotic.

04

Story, camera, edit aligned

The same judgment that shapes the brief carries through framing and the cut. Coherent work — not three separate vendors negotiating taste.

Behind the scenes on a Studio Thirty Media production day

On set

Prepared crews. Clear roles. Days that stay professional under pressure.

Working with us

What you can expect.

The experience should feel clear, collaborative, and professional — from the first call to the files you actually use.

Clear communication

Direct answers, honest timelines, and a single point of contact who knows the project.

Thoughtful direction

On set and in the edit — guidance that protects your people and your brand.

Professional production days

Prepared lighting, clean audio, and a crew that treats your space and schedule with respect.

Strong edit judgment

We cut for clarity and credibility — not for trend or excess.

Coherent deliverables

Files that feel intentional across web, social, decks, and internal use.

Fit

Who the studio works best with.

Teams that value preparation and care about how they show up — not volume for its own sake.

01

Legal & professional services

Firms that need presence without theatrics.

02

Healthcare & dental brands

Practices and systems that lead with trust.

03

Corporate leadership teams

Executives who need consistent, boardroom-ready media.

04

Mission-driven organizations

Teams with something real to say — and an audience that matters.

05

Houston enterprises & growing brands

Local and regional organizations ready for senior production.

Standards

What we value in the work.

Not slogans — the criteria we use when a choice has to be made on set or in the cut.

Clarity

If the story is muddy, the camera cannot save it. We push for a clear brief before we light a frame.

Credibility

Corporate media should feel earned. We avoid polish that reads as fake.

Preparation

Good days on set are decided in the week before — logistics, wardrobe, shot lists, and roles.

Restraint

More gear and more cuts are not a strategy. We use what serves the message.

Usefulness

Beautiful files that never get used are a failure. We deliver work your team will actually put to work.
